Hey guys.

H'okay so here's the situation. I want to LIVE-steam me drawing, but the problem is that when chose Window-capture (and choose SAI drawing program)

it shows the program... but everything else aswell.. What i want is it to only show SAI... :/

Any ideas out there? Thanks! (Aero should be enabled)

You need to make sure Aero is enabled. In settings>video make sure "Disable Aero on startup" is unchecked

Re: Window Capture (showing all windows except for selected

So, you're saying Aero already was enabled and when you try to capture 1 specific window with Window Capture you end up capturing your whole screen?... That should not happen. I don't even think that CAN happen. I wouldn't know how to trick OBS into capturing the whole desktop with Window Capture.

Allright i broke the system! - No clue how then.

Well I can file pictures for the non-believers if it is required! I would even stream it if you want me to. :p

Not that I don't believe you but -- viewtopic.php?f=5&t=97

Would go a long way towards figuring out what's going on on your end and how to resolve the issue.

Re: Window Capture (showing all windows except for selected

::::PS:::
i do see the window i selected in the window capture.. But i am able to see extra windows i bring up aswell. That is not ideal. All i want is that one window in focus. Nothing else :-)

Re: Window Capture (showing all windows except for selected

Well, it is supposed to list all possible windows. Just not output them all at once.

Right click your Desktop, select "Personalize" and then change to an Aero theme.

[SOLUTION]

Okay, i found the way out of this. IF anyone else should've done something like i did... I will elaborate.

To increase performance on your computer, some people (like myself) have went into Controlpanel->System->Advanced Systemsettings-> Performancesettings (adjust for best performance)

If you have done this, it will result in your computer disabling aero features for OBS. ... What i did to fix this is Simply checking all the boxes inside Performance settings once more, so it returned to standards. Now with Aero back and running, everything is running perfectly.

:-) Thank Kharay for your time though :-)
