Question / Help Window Capture Properties Missing Options

I would like to capture a subregion of a window, and every advice I find refers to a Window Capture Properties window that looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/53u9Axh.png

When in actuality, mine looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/L0v51W4.png

What am I missing?

I'm running the latest multiplatform version (0.12.0)

The guide you're referring to is referencing the old obs.

Subregions of windows are currently handled by the crop filter.
This is planned to be changed
