Question / Help Window Capture Problem

I'm having an issue with Window Capturing my MainAlert window in the SubAlerts program. When I test it in OBS, it only displays a corner of the selected window, not the whole thing. I have the properties in the Window Capture set to Inner Window, and I do not have a sub-region selected. I'm uncertain why it is having trouble capturing the whole window. I also tested it with Entire Window selected, and I've tried setting a Sub-Region as well, but nothing gets it to display the whole window. I also tested using another broadcasting software, and it captured the SubAlert program properly. But I don't want to broadcast using that software, I prefer OBS.

i have the same thing sometimes, try to remove the window capture and set a new one, or change the position in the list. put it under or upper the capture source, hook on/of few times, think u can fix this quick

or when u run a preview, hook the window off, stop preview, start preview and hook it on again, think something like that should be work ^^
