Question / Help Window Capture Problem

I have a window capture source that I have resized for use with a picture-in-picture scene with either an image source or another media source. It was working fine but when I moved the picture-in-picture source around one Sunday now it doesn't stay in that position any more when I transition from preview to program. Below are some screen shots of the setup and program windows. The first is the preview window when the source is unlocked, then with it locked, and then the program window. What have I messed up?

Anybody have any suggestions of what I can look at? Do I need to share my profile?

I realized I called this the wrong thing. It isn't a media source it is a window capture source. I edited the original post to fix it.

It isn't just on window captures. I have an image that I put on with a window capture and the image was placed across the bottom 1/4 or so of the screen. It worked fine and then now it moves to the middle of the screen at the same size rather than at the bottom when it is transitioned to the program view. We have different logins on the computer but I have copied the obs-studio file over to the other login. The other login works fine. I am completely confused what could be happening.

So I captured some more picture of what is going on. I see this even happening on my laptop that I have OBS loaded on for learning/playing around purposes. This is captures of a scene where I have a window capture source (black screen area - no camera input) and an image source. The image source looks like shown in the Sermon Title Preview Unlocked capture until I transition it. Then it looks like the Sermon Title Preview-Program unlocked capture. Nothing happened between the two captures except for a fade transition.
