* (Hopefully) Fixed a bug with window capture that could cause it to capture unrelated windows in rare circumstances

My friend was having a problem with this. Through a lot of trial and error and some google searching I found a solution that worked excellent for him using the latest OBS version 0.472b

Make sure AERO (Windows 7) is enabled. Being disabled was causing this bug to resurface. Under OBS Video settings make sure "Disable aero at startup" is not checked if you are having this issue.

Hopefully this can help someone.

Aero has to be enabled for Window capture to work correctly.

Conversely, Aero has to be disabled for Monitor capture to work correctly.
