Hello,
I was trying to do both monitor and window capture last night for the first time, and I kept getting this problem where it would only show the top left quarter of my screen, and I couldn't alt drag to make it bigger or anything.
Here's an example: http://prntscr.com/81arxv
Here are my video settings and window capture settings:
http://prntscr.com/81asxj
http://prntscr.com/81atbj
Some things I have tried that have NOT fixed the problem:
1) window capture -> size -> fit to screen (this only makes that specific corner fill up the screen)
2) subregions (I don't have them activated and turning them on doesn't seem to change anything either)
3) Messing with screen resolution (I'm very sure my screen resolution is accurate http://prntscr.com/819jy2 )
4) Updating the drivers on my Radeon graphics card (didn't seem to change anything)
5) Turning on Compatibility mode (didn't seem to change anything)
6) Updating OBS (didn't seem to change anything)
7) Removing/Re-adding sources, exiting and re-entering OBS (The ol' on-off method didn't help)
8) Trying browsers other than google chrome (both Firefox and Opera had the same problems)
I mention browsers specifically in the title because for some strange reason, capturing skype doesn't give me this problem
example: http://prntscr.com/81ayfk
If it's not apparent from the above pictures, I am running Windows 8.

Thanks in advance for your help
