Changed no settings at all, but now when I open a game that is in window mode any thing else will record over it. Not sure what changed at all. For instance
I was able to check chrome or anything else and minimize the game and OBS would still only record the game that is in windowed mode. I even decided to update after months, still did not help.

EDIT: Took me a few hours but I was albe to find a workaround with glide. So its solved.
EDIT2: lol the moment i decided to take off Preview it stopped capture of it all now. Also I used other programs to capture it and it seems something was updated and the game its self is the problem because all programs used to capture had the same original problem. I guess I'll just give up then until something is fixed in the game.
