Question / Help Window Capture not working

Hey there. I got OBS all set up, works great and I can stream my monitor with great success to Twitch. However, when I try to setup a Window Capture, it just does the same thing as a Monitor Capture. You just see whatever is on top at the time. Doing a Game Capture gives a black screen and no display. Is it because I am on a laptop with dedicated graphics? It has an Intel HD 3000 and GeForce 640M LE.

Also where in the interface can I add in audio from an external program?

When using Window capture, make sure Aero is enabled.

For Game capture, make sure that OBS and the game are both running on the same GPU. This can be done from your GPU's driver interface. (Tell it to use the high-performance card)

As for audio, in the Audio settings, make sure the program whose audio you are trying to capture is outputting to one of the audio devices selected.
