Question / Help Window Capture not working

I'm trying to use Window Capture but it's acting like Monitor Capture where it changes the view.

i.e. I'll be in photoshop then I'll go to the internet and the livestream will change from ps to my browser and so on

I've fooled around with all my settings and the Window Capture is still the same way.

Enable Aero

when I enabled aero the screen didn't change but you couldn't see my photoshop files
