Question / Help Window Capture having a black or white screen when used

Im trying to put a twitch chat on my live stream and whenever I use window capture it just goes to a black screen or white screen with nothing else showing. can someone please help? Link to the recent log: https://gist.github.com/63a90f8eb60fcb60ac5d

BTW: I am on windows 8 and I am using two monitors if that helps
