Bug Report Window Capture glitching whether recording or not

This is a recording of a Window Capture of Photoshop, but it also occurs during while running connection test prior to recording. I think it only occurs on the Photoshop/Window Capture recording, not the Camera/iOS source or Image source.

I'm not sure if there's a systemic problem recording Photoshop, but I need to get it to work for the show.

What can I do to stop the screen from glitching like this? It's occurring every few seconds. Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Same happening for me on Mac, it flickers to black every few seconds

I have the same problem and I think my mac has enough power to run OBS. Can someone please advice?
