Question / Help Window Capture Errors

First error that i get:
When i put hardware acceleration on google chrome its a black screen but i get more FPS when i put it on
Second error:
I drop alot fps when i use it even if i lower the fps to 30, but i want it to be 60, bitrate is 1000 and i have normal Resolution downscale because i want good videos -_- (I have 8GB RAM, AMD Radeon 260 graphics, X4 Quad Core 3.14 Processor...
Third Error:
Even if i have like 999 Fps when recording, the video ends up full with freezing and unfreezing and very laggy...
PLEASE help me! :(
