Question / Help Window Capture Delay

Hi, I have the latest version of OBS studio and am still learning, I got myself a Canon EOS 1300D/T6 to use for video capture, qustein 1 is is there any way of using OBS to connect straight to the camera as a video captre device? Question 2 refers to if not how would I go about fixing the delay from the window capture when I use the camera via EOS Utility?

1> you need a mac-compatible capture card.
2> Generally you can't, as the delay occurs before OBS even has access to the frames. You can apply delay filters and such to other sources to match them up.
