Whenever I go to use my window capture on a window such as a follower alert window - it gives me the window properly, but whenever I chroma key the green out - instead of giving me a transparency, it makes the entire window black and even whenever the alert goes off, the window stays black (Not the window itself on my computer, but the capture of the window on OBS) I'm running win10 if that's a problem

Are you using TwitchAlerts? They provide a widget URL to add as a browser source. Add a browser source, paste in the widget URL.
