I set up a scene to capture Clone Hero and it worked perfectly then I closed everything and a few hours later I wanted to stream it and suddenly the window capture is capturing my desktop and if I try to make a new capture and select Clone Hero the preview shows my desktop. I've got multiple scenes set up to filter certain parts of the window capture so I can't use game capture.
