Bug Report Window capture, captures my whole desktop?

Hello, i just found out about this program and i decided to give it a try.
My problem is now that, i fixed all the setups so the stream should work etcetc. But when i try to use Window Capture for a game (Dota 2 for me) it captures my whole desktop instead.

When i got Dota 2 running everything is visible around, like my startbar, my skype windows and stuff. But when i turn Dota 2 off the window just goes black and i'm super confused over what the problem is :S

Since i'm only on one monitor i kinda want only Dota 2 to show, or the game i'm running and nothing around, a friend of mine got this working just fine with 1 monitor and his Dota 2 is showing like it should be doing, and when he tabs out nothing else is visible except Dota 2.

I kinda need help here.

Thanks in advance!

Have you tried using Game Capture instead of Software Capture? Are yiu sure you've selected ehw 'Window capture' option and not 'monitor capture'? You could also select a region with Dota to capture it.

Strangely enough, it doesn't work for me, and i'm trying the 32 bit as it says i need to have.

If window capture is picking up other windows/stuff on top, then you don't have aero enabled, or your default windows theme is not an aero theme.

To prevent windows on top from showing, turn on aero, and make sure you are using an aero theme in your windows settings.
