So when I'm saying it's a bug it's just that I don't know how to call it otherwise.
Windows Capture actually works as intended but it's kinda troubling that it's that way.
Explanation: So when I try to use window capture on a window with youtube on. I try to set it up and mark the Sub-region option and of course the source. When a video is playing, the source in the window capture becomes the tab selected in Chrome. For me that is a issue cause I'm running a playlist with multiple videos. Window capture works as intended but when the video ends and it jumps to the next video in the playlist the name changes or basically said the source changes.
So when i try to change the scenes or just simply check and uncheck the window capture layer it breaks it.
In fact the window capture is working fine cause it's trying to find the old source you set up in the first place(in our example the old video that played). If you enter and press refresh it shows the old source (old video playing).
So my point is that in the next update please make window capture cling to something else as the source of a window. I don't know how it is now but I know for a fact that when I click on another tab in chrome it's another source completely than what i set up in the first place. That goes the same with changing on the same tab you set up, to another page (in my case another video that is next in the playlist)
What is of course annoying is that I have to change the settings again on sub region option for the new source and it breaks every time the page updates to a new website or page. Can you make the source somehow attached to the Chrome tab and not the actual website that it's on the tab. I have no idea how you can do that or if it's even possible. Maybe the Tab in chrome has a id or something that is unique or does not change when you go to another page.
Cause every time the page changes on the same tab it's read in the window capture as a change so all your setting on that particular source are wiped out and you have to remake them again.
