Window Blackouts

Ok, so there are some streams every once in awhile. Someone's playing a game, then their VERY private skype pops up somewhere in stream.

Maybe we could add certain windows to a list that OBS will simply load as a black box?

If they are using Monitor capture, that's not possible. They can avoid this by using Window Capture (with aero enabled on Win 7) or game capture, if all they are capturing is a game.
