Question / Help Window being Captured is Frozen -- Edit: Disregard, issue solved

Nevermind. Don't know how to delete a thread, but I fixed the issue I was having.

how did you resolve the issue?

You can often resolve it by switching aero off (if on windows 7), or if you're trying to capture flash on a browser, by using a different browser, or by using monitor capture. Window and monitor capture tend to be quirky about what they can capture.
