Question / Help WIN10 fps drop while streaming FPS game

I ve updated WIN10 from WIN7 recently but I found a problem
When I use OBS streaming CSGO, it drops a lot of fps (using the same settings while it was WIN7)

PC specs:
CPU:
Intel(R) Core(TM) I7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Motherboard:
Z170A GAMING M3 MS-7978
RAM:
32GB
GPU:
NVIDIA GeFoce GTX 1070 8G
STORAGE:
Samsung SSD 750 EVO 120GB + ST1000DM003-1SB102 1TB

I ve already disabled that XBOX thing...
