Yesterday I upgraded to Win10 from Win7. Everything seems to run fine except one thing.
When im trying to stream with OBS Studio (x64) it starts ok. 0 drop frames sends 2050-2150 kb/s constantly UNTIL it doesn't.. It randomly (some times its after 5 min, sometimes after 60 min) throttles down my upload to ~50 kb/s, and because of that starts dropping huge amount of frames..
I tried disabling Background Intelligent Transfer Service and it didn't help.
Anyone know this problem ?
