Question / Help win10 and missing runtime components

Hi,

i have downloaded obs classic and when i tried to installed it, i got an error that i am missing runtime components.
It redirected me to a website with dxwebsetup.exe file. I installed it without any problems. Than i tried to run obs setup
again and i got the same error. this time it redirected me to a c++ visual studio update (2013 version). I installed it and i ran the setup for the 3rd time. I got the same error as before. i am missing runtime components and again it redirected me to c++ visual studio. I googled for win10 c++ and got a newer file (2015 version). i installed that file but again without success.
i still get error about missing c++.

Please help me out :(

install both x64 and x86 from the 2013er version and it should work.
