Win 8.1 black screen for display capture

I have tried all the methods I found online and I still cannot get anything to work. I cannot record my screen, but have no trouble doing a game application capture.

Thanks! Switching to integrated graphics actually worked. It sucks that I will have to keep switching back and forth for desktop and game capture, but I suppose a working program is better than nothing working.
