Question / Help Win 10 Pro - Windows capture is not working with Word and Excel 2016

Hello all

Windows capture is not working with Word and Excel 2016 when using Windows 10 Pro. I get always a white screen with a moving cursor.
I get the same result in different computers.
Note: With Windows 7 Pro it works well.
A software bug? Any idea to solve the problem?
