Win 10 Audio Monitoring Stopped Working

Hello. I've been doing a series of 2-day events. Yesterday everything was fine, but getting ready to broadcast today, Audio Monitoring has stopped working. I believe it is related to a Win10 update - but I am not sure. I restarted my PC, toggled different audio monitoring devices and default, et al. My audio is broadcasting, so I'm in the 'clear' - but I can't monitor the audio.

Update (I didn't see a way to Edit the original post, I'm working off my Laptop while the Stream runs). My Laptop did not install the update, so I've added the Log File from that machine below - along with my Desktop (machine with the issue) for clarity.

I see a problem with the Monitoring Device & the CoreAudio AAC encoder. For Example:
