Question / Help will this laptop be good enough?

i've been struggling to stream for a few years now. i've come to the conclusion it's processor speed that is most important. maybe i'm wrong? anyhow it MUST be a laptop. i want to stream at minimum 720p with ease. my upload speed is 11mbs. wlll this laptop do the trick?

As long as it's an nvidia laptop and has 4 or more cores then it should be fine.
