Question / Help Will my PC be able to stream games at 720p on this PC?

I tried streaming Roblox to twitch but i can only do it at 10 fps with low video quality and my viewer's complain.
Anything i can do to make it faster and a better experience for all the game's i want to stream?

I also have my game's on the lowest setting's but they lag more when streaming and sometime's feel un-playable.

If i need a new machine i only have a budget of £150 so would like it good on the cheap.

I have to agree with alpinlol, that PC is very limited, you would at least need 100-150pound for the processor alone, not counting GPU/RAM and Mainboard :/
