As long as no frames are being dropped, will changing the Process Priority to Below Normal or perhaps Idle reduce my stream's video quality? I'm using x264, and lowering OBS's priority seemed to have improved my framerates ingame, so I'm wondering if I can leave it lower without it impacting the output quality. My system is a Ryzen 7 1700 and a GTX 970.
