Question / Help Will I be able to stream?

I use a Intel i5 quad core 4.0 Ghz with 8gb ram -Hyper x and 2tb harddrive with an 160gb ssd. Is this enough to stream? I can play the game I want to stream on highest quality with 90-120 fps and I got a 100mbps in upload and download.
