Having issues with Wii U being stuttery and not smooth. It's the only console that has issues with OBS (not my PS4 or PS4), I have it set to 720p internally, which is what I stream at, I'm not sure what's going on. Xsplit doesn't have the issue, either.
My capture card is the Micomsoft SC-512.
