Question / Help Wierd Stream FPS

Hey ive recently started to stream league of legends. in game I have a solid 60 fps while streaming but the stream only comes out around 20 - 30 fps. my download speed is 32.03 and upload is 7 mbs/ what could be going on?

In the log, it says you have monitor capture active on the stream while aero is enabled. That is your cause. Either get rid of monitor capture (recommended), or if you must use monitor capture, disable aero in video settings and restart OBS for it to take effect.
