Wide Dynamic Range plugin for OBS (or managing too-light and too-dark parts of the scene)

Hello all. I am trying to stream what's going on a stage and the light projectors are creating over-exposed parts in the video while some parts of the stage stay darker. Is there a WDR plugin or a setting in OBS to mix different exposures? I'm searching since a few days but I think the forum is my only chance. Thanks in advance.
 
There is not. This isn't something OBS can fix anyway, it's an issue with how cameras perceive light. They have a much narrower dynamic range than the human eye does. It comes down to how you have your stage lighting set up, and your cameras' settings. You may need to consult a videographer. It isn't something you can 'fix in post', so to speak.
 
Thanks a lot for the response! I know I can't change dynamic range in post but I was hoping there would be some sort of change of luminance regionally. But you're right modifying the light is the correct solution.
