Question / Help Why when I DJ, my audience can hear the cue of my track while hearing the track that is not in Cue?

I have a Numark Mix Track Pro 3 and I had this problem for about 2 weeks now using Virtual DJ.

When the mix is playing live on stream, the 1st track is playing and then when the 2nd track is selected (ie Pre Fader Listen) it can be heard in my live stream to the audience even with the deck fader down on the controller for that current song.

The recording comes out beautifully in Audio when I record in VDJ but you can hear me cuing the track in live stream.

Any idea as to why that is happening?

Thank you in advance.

I ran into the same problem recently with my Pioneer DDJ-SB3 playing through OBS and VDJ. Took me a while to figure this out until I realized that I need an additional device to separate headphones from the main mix. I used a cheap Xenyx1002 mixer and it finally did the trick. Here is the pic of how I got this resolved.
