Why when I close OBS does it crash?

HI, I tried to understand why obs crashed when I closed it, I tried to delete the final thing in the list like i saw recommended but then obs wouldn't launch.
I have also uninstalled OBS n reinstalled it n still get the same crash - any help is v appreciated - thanks

Crashes on exit are due to plugins.
Make sure all the plugins you have installed are updated and compatible with OBS 30.2.*
If not, remove the plugins or reinstall an earlier version of OBS.
