Question / Help why when enabled, obs fps in cs go decreases to 100 although usually 200

Why when enabled, obs fps in cs go decreases to 100 although usually 200. Even if the stream is not running and the obs is just open, then all the same, the FPS goes down

OBS uses GPU resources for rendering even when not streaming or recording.
