Why was obs stuck at connecting?

Network is avaliable, and I used the default settings.

Your logfile also contains:
16:22:29.175: [twitch ingest update] Remote update of URL "https://ingest.twitch.tv/ingests" failed: Failed to connect to ingest.twitch.tv port 443: Timed out

OBS Log Analyser gives: Warning: Slow Network Connection. Your gigabit-capable network card is only connecting at 100mbps. This may indicate a bad network cable or outdated router / switch which could be impacting network performance.

I'm not a network expert, but this all indicates some network connectivity issues.
