thats a record of a stream i did 2 days ago in twitch. Why is the stream not fluid? What adjust can solve that?

Set OBS to run on the nvidia gpu in the nvidia control panel - https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/wiki/Laptop-Performance-Issues
Remove ALL display capture sources from ALL scenes.
Use game capture to capture the actual league of legends match and window capture to capture the lobby

it doesnt work :( the screen is black, no matter what source i put

Run OBS as admin and make sure your game capture source is pointing at the correct process (capture the game, not the game launcher).

Are your NVIDIA drivers up to date? If you've applied the Fall Creators' Update you'll probably want to reinstall them.

i should have everything up to date, and i didnt applied for anything else :S
