Your antivirus most likely ate it unless you're dealing with having the .live plugin by streamelements installed, in which case its installer likely broke it.

Do you think it would be better if I turn off my anti virus everytime I use the obs? I don't have the .Live plugin that you are saying I don't even know it hmm.
 
I'm saying it's most likely better if you don't use third party antivirus software, especially not avast or any of its products.
