My PC setup is:
CPU: i54670K (not OC yet)
GPU: GTX660 (oc version)
RAM: 8GB Ballistix
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G43
Internet connection (upload): 3Mb/s - 5Mb/s Yeah it's not constant. Once I had 8Mb/s eh ... :/
As in topic. I was testin quick sync. And stream wasn't fluent. I saw that game wasn't fluent too. I changed it too x264 and everythink seems to be ok. Why it's like that? Other question why some viewers have problem with fluent stream when others viewers can watch stream without any problem?
