Question / Help Why sometimes OBS Studio doesnt record with audio?

Hi, sometimes when i record with OBS Studio the audio gets lost, i dont even realize that it doesnt have audio until i play my record video.

I tried with VLC player, it doesnt work unless i skipped a step to do in order to see if there is audio or not using VLC.

By the way I don't use any external device in order to record my videos.
