Why on version 21&22 can't stream via rtmp server? (Example: rtmp://live.blabla...)

anyone have a solution?

Go to "Settings -> Stream" and under "Service" select "Custom"

I have filled in the URL and stream key with authentication username and password, then after i start stream is cant, always reconnection and Continue to repeat

If i streaming to youtube its work but i cant live streaming to my rtmp server
