Why on macOS there is much less AMD GPU settings options than in Windows?

Hi, why on macOS there is much less AMD GPU settings options than in Windows? For streaming and recording Windows version of OBS offers tons of options to tweak stream/recording, on macOS just few basic ones :( That leads to overloading even my dual Radeon Pro Vega II in 2019 Mac Pro :( I'd like to you know why and if this will change in future or not at all. Thanks
