Question / Help Why my video quility is terrible?

Can i fix that?

My computer specs:

CPU : AMD FX(tm) - 6350 six core 3.90 GHz
MEMORY : 8 gb ram
GPU :AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

In the previous version of OBS i did not had such problem, the quality was good, but after i updated this happened.

The log does not contain a recording attempt. Please record something for a bit, stop it, and choose current log instead.

Hey guys, I'm also trying to get the best quality possible as i've been struggling with quality/ buffering issues (for viewers), skipped frames/ and maintenance of FPS ingame. I'm going to stream for 5 on the settings I use most regularly and post a log.
I am VERY grateful for any and all assistance <3

Simple output mode, flv format, indistinguishable recording quality and try the encoders until you get one that has the least impact on your system.

I tried it, but it's not improving at all, just making files extremly large.
