Question / Help Why my video is laggy??

Hello, when Im recording with OBS the video I make is laggy and freezes sometimes.
When Im using OBS my framerate is dropping a little bit but in game I see the game smothelly and a really hight quality witho no lag and freezes but when I open my record is laggy and freezes somethimes.Please help.

Me too, I have a decent Pc, but if you see the Youtuber Raphahell on Romania, his recording with OBS and his videos are great no lag. I dont know how to make that I dot have lag on recordings.

@G4oD first, use NVidia control panel and set OBS to run on NVIDIA GPU.

Recording:

Simple settings
Recording Quality Indistinguishable
Encoder NVENC (if available) If not, x264 low CPU
Format FLV

You set quality, not bitrate.

Yes, you have.
On the right of your Gyazo, set OBS ther and it will run on your NVidia GPU.


Try firstly simple settings.
Then, you can fine tune your results trying advanced settings according to the guide.

@EBrito We should go and talk to skype because my videos are still lagging. my skype is RotaruRazvan-Petru. I have a photo of myself and a girl in backround.
I dont know how to make it work with no lag, I disperate.

Video settings:
Canvas 1920x1080
Rescale 1280x720
FPS 30
Filter bicubic or Lanczos
