Question / Help Why my stream look so terrible?

I'm using NVENC, CBR 8.5Mbps, preset "Quality", profile "high", number of lagged and skipped frames 0. Should I use lower bitrate? My friend streams on twitch (me at yt) at 3mbps and his stream looks better... See picture in full screen:

YouTube will recompress your video regardless of your original bitrate, so use as high as possible. Twitch will show the original quality which is why it may look better.

Thanks, but some other streams on youtube look better as well
