Why my obs videos are bad even though i have really good settings

i have tried everything putting administrator, shutting all other apps while recording and still the video is like 30fps even when i put it to record in 60fps...
and my video file sizes are like 10minute video = 11gt
problem cant be that i have bad pc because obs does not even use that much of my computers power

that is a lie, these settings are awful.
try again with auto configuration wizard

For recording use CQP, set the CQ level between 15 and 23 (lower number better quality) and max b-frames 4. Keyframe 0. Preset Quality.
