That is the software version that's installed, that does not say anything about what your hardware supports.

Scroll down to Capabilities your Westmere CPU has a 1st Gen Intel HD which ends with 10.0 Support.

On the Software side you have 11 installed but your Hardware cant utilize anything above 10.0
