Question / Help Why isn't my OBS going above 3000KBPS

I have a 100 Mbps internet and my stream doesnt get more than 3000 kbps. What's up with that?

why are all these stuck at 3000 as well? What's the reason? I have such good internet

might be your ISP then. it appears they are throttling uploads to twitch.

edit: you are also getting really bad quality scores so might be a network issue for your ISP if they are not throttling
