Question / Help why isn't droidcam found in 64b ver?

I have to open obs in 64 to record the game but then I can't use droidcam an solutions?

Most likely it only has 32 bit drivers. You shouldn't need to use OBS 64 though.

yes but I can't record hearthstone when I run OBS in 32. it comes up as a black screen that fills the screen to the size it's down scaled 2 compared to the original size.

Hearthstone captures just fine in 32bit. Have you tried deleting and re-adding the capture source? I just test it myself and had no issues capturing in windowed or fullscreen mode.
