Why is this Impossible?

I don't understand why there are so many bugs and issues just trying to play a video game and record it?

I started getting the green screen of death. I updated my drivers. Now I got a black screen of death that is perpetually there. I can't boot up Windows at all. Not even in safe mode. It's just a perpetual black screen.

Why in the fuck does this break my computer every time I try to use it?

If you have trouble even booting your computer, you have some general issue with Windows or your hardware. OBS isn't the culprit, it's just suffering from the same issue, so it has trouble to run. I guess you have more issues with other apps as well.
You need to fix your computer, either hardware or Windows.

im sorry, guys. it was somehow due to the most recent intel arc driver update. i restored to prior installing that and everything is back to `normal.` yikes. ive been having so many bug issues that have been ongoing for months now. very easy to get frustrated when this was supposed to be something fun and unwinding for me. i never thought playing a game could be this stressful. now i know. i have a job inwhich i code and debug things and get paid for it. i wasnt expecting my work to kreep into my recreational activities and not get paid for it, but that seems to be the case. except troubleshooting at work in a linux environment is actually easier and more straight forward. IDK. i havent completely given up yet. thank you for the feed back. im typing this on a remote controll sorry
